Well, I guess I officially live in the country now – this evening my back itched near one of my scars, which is nothing unusual…until I felt a bump. Turns out ticks don’t go dormant in the winter after all, and I had one stuck to me. My first one (that I know of).
Unfortunately, Cabol couldn’t get all of it out, but hopefully nothing bad will come of it.
Did you use a spoon to get the tick out? Where does the spoon come into play?
I like the site’s new look by the way. I liked the old look too, but a little variety is always a god thing.

I know what the spoon was for. Get it hot, touch the tick and hope he either backs out or explodes?
They are buggers to remove when they are small and haven’t started feeding yet. I tried to remove one from POPS the last time he was there. Pulled the body and head off but it looked like the pinchers were still in the skin?
Maybe Cabol should put some Revolution Plus on the back of Andy”s neck? Ha! HA!
You still can – you just have to click on the area with the entry title to go back. I think it’s always been like that, but maybe before the words took up more space.
“Spoooon!” is from a cartoon called “The Tick.” Funny, but not as good as “Earthworm Jim.”
