I’m not sure if anyone encountered this, but I found out yesterday that posting comments to the blog when you aren’t logged in came up with an error. It appears related to the spam blocking feature (maybe one.com has installed a new firewall and it blocks a needed port?), so I disabled part of it. I guess if we get filled up with spam I’ll have to turn it on again and everyone will have to create a user account.

I didn’t think you COULD make a comment without posting a name and such…..
Well, you need a name, but if you just put a name and tried to post a comment, it would error. If you had an account (like Cabol and I do), then it wouldn’t error. I guess if you have an account, then it didn’t bother checking you against a list of spammers.
I tried to post a comment yesterday and it didn’t work. Trying now….
