Wednesday we had freezing rain come through, and everything was covered in a pretty coating of ice. Pretty except for the branches down everywhere, and the lack of power for a day. Followed by temperature drops into the 20s and high winds. But who needs water or heat? We were lucky, though, as of Friday I think I heard on the radio that there were still people in the county that didn’t have power. It made us realize we need to work on our generator, as it wouldn’t start up for us.
