Do you know that spiders poop? It’s true! I was taking a picture of this neat green spider on the side of the truck this morning, and I was so scary looking (especially if you see eight of me, I bet), that it pooped right in front of me!

Oh dear lord, I’m going to have nightmares about giant green pooping spiders now. As much as I despise the subject, it’s an awesome pic. But it gives me the heebie jeebies. *shiver* I’ve never seen a green spider before, what the heck kind is it?
No idea – I’m not very good at identifying bugs, and it was pretty tiny – I probably only noticed it because the green stood out against the silver truck paint. From the shape of the body and the faint hairs coming out of the legs, if I had to make a guess I would say it is a young lynx spider.
