So sorry! You do the best you can and somehow Mother Nature has her way. Even though I only saw all of them about 2 times a year, I felt sad when I heard about their disappearances and deaths. This summer really has had its low points.

Oh dear…you HAVE lost a lot of animals. I understand both the sadness and the relief. While you love having them, it involves a tremendous amount of work and responsility. Hope the time in NY makes up for some of the sadness.
