		<description><![CDATA[funny, this post got me thinking.  our toilet wobbles so i got my husband to go in the basement, peel back the insulation in the ceiling where the toilet is, and we TOO have a rotted out bathroom floor by the toilet.  he checked the tub area, other bathroom, kitchen, etc. and they were all fine.  so my question is, do we have to peel up our floor as well?]]></description>
