		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s been a while since I tasted one, but I remember them tasting pretty much the same as a chicken egg. They are bigger than chicken eggs, and Andy said he thinks there&#039;s more white and that the white is more viscous. I&#039;ve heard people say they think duck eggs are better for baking than chicken eggs, but I&#039;ve never done a comparison. I used to eat a decent number of eggs, too. Oh, how I long for some scrambled eggs (cooked til they bounce) with a pile of buttery grits and a big glass of orange juice. Hopefully I&#039;ll be able to eat them again soon.]]></description>
